My journey has been defined by a passion for excellence, allowing me to identify key organisational issues, shape strategic objectives, and drive sustainable growth. I was recently confirmed as the Executive Commissioner of Corporate Services at Nigeria’s Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

A Trailblazer in Management and Communications

My professional journey began in the publishing industry, laying the groundwork for my future roles. I transitioned into the mortgage sector, where I honed my skills in banking and investment management, preparing me for leadership positions. Driven by a love for learning, I pursued further education in management sciences to navigate the corporate landscape more effectively.

Driving Change and Transformation

I’m proud of my contributions to the Nigerian Communications Satellite (NIGCOMSAT). As General Manager of Change Management and Human Resource Management, I focused on fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability. By implementing structured change management strategies, I helped reshape internal processes, ultimately boosting performance and growth across the organisation.

As Deputy General Manager and Head of Human Capital Management, I focused on nurturing our people. I prioritised employee well-being and professional growth, which helped create a high-performance culture. It has been rewarding to see how our emphasis on change management and a commitment to excellence has paid off for our team and the organisation.

Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by a passion for continuous improvement. Whether it’s been managing internal communications or overseeing corporate departments, I’ve always aimed to make a lasting impact. This dedication to progress has positioned me at the forefront of the satellite industry, where I’m excited to continue driving positive change.

With this focus on excellence and growth, I’m committed to shaping the future of management and communications and leaving a lasting legacy for future generations.
